REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
CURRENT MEMBERS
2012-13 registration forms can be downloaded and should be sent to Diane Smyth by regular mail. Please do NOT email forms.
If you are planning to return, you will need to have your registration forms and a $125.00 non-refundable deposit per family, to me by Friday, August 24th .
Please see the website for information regarding remaining balance payment schedule.
If we do not hear from you by this date, your swimmer will be removed from the roster, and you will have to be added to the end of the waiting list before you are able to rejoin.
NEW SWIMMERS
Swimmers wishing to join Manchester Swim Club should contact Diane Smyth at dmsmyth40@aol.com to be added to our waiting list.
Swimmers on our waiting list will be notified if there is an opening, beginning August 25th.
Registration forms should only be filled out for new swimmers, if you been notified of an opening. New swimmers will be asked to bring the forms on the night that your swimmer comes for try-outs. Please do not mail forms.
