MSC morning swimmers should be at the pool by 7:00.

An extra 3 week practice option has been added for a limited amount of rec swimmers from Feb 22 to Mar. 12. See info.

The Sonoco meet has made another change:
Sunday's 13-14 Session warm up and start times will start 15 minutes earlier than previously stated. The new times for this session are as follows
Warm-up 10:15-10:40 am
