Thursday, April 25th - Practice Cancelled
Thursday, May 2nd - Practice will be 5:00 to 7:00

The last day of the Continued Senior Practice is Monday, April 22nd.
The last day of the Stroke Clinic is Tuesday, April 23rd.
The Pre-Long Course session begins Monday, April 22nd.

Please note that anyone that has not signed up yet for pre-long course or USA Long Course PRACTICE ONLY, and wishes to do so, will be charged a $25.00 late registration fee because the sign-up deadline has passed.
You may no longer sign up for USA Long Course with meets. All meet entries are complete and late entries will not be accepted.

No Stroke Clinic or Continued Senior Practice this week
due to MHS school vacation.

This schedule is subject to change.

3/25/13
Continued Senior Practice begins tonight 4:30 - 6:30.
Results have been posted for Senior Championships.
There will be NO practice on Fri., Mar. 29th in observance of Good Friday.
We will extend the Cont. Senior Practice and the Stroke Clinic by one day.
The Continued Senior Practice swimmers will practice with the
Pre-Long Course swimmers on Monday, April 22nd.
The Stroke Clinic swimmers will swim on Tuesday, April 23rd, 6:15 - 7:30.
Pre-Long Course swimmers will swim 4:30 to 6:15 on that day.
Pre-Long Course swimmers will be let out at 6:00 on the night of the banquet (Thurs. April 25th).
Senior Dry-Land
There will be NO dry-land tonight, Monday, Mar. 25th.
Senior dry-land will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, Mar. 26th.
The schedule will be as follows
Mondays and Fridays - 4:00 to 4:30
Wednesdays - 4:15 to 5:00 - no swimming for seniors (stroke clinic only)

Information has been posted for our upcoming Stroke Clinic, Continued Senior practice and Pre-long Course practice sessions.
An Xtra 4 week practice session is also being offered to our REC swimmers that wish to practice for the duration of the USA season.
