REMINDER
There will be NO practice this Saturday, January 28th.

REMINDER
There are 2 high school meets this week on Tues. 1/24 and Fri. 1/27
Practice is as follows:
Tuesday 1/24
Juniors will swim 5:15 to 6:15.
Seniors will swim 6:15 to 7:30.
Friday 1/27.
Seniors will swim 5:15 to 6:30.
Juniors will swim 6:30 to 7:30.
PLEASE remind your junior swimmers NOT to use the
locker rooms before the first practice.
Swimmers should be in their suits and ready to swim at 5:15.

AM session will begin warm ups at 6:30am - start time 8:00am.
PM session warm ups will be at 12:30pm - start time 2:00pm.
